At KTKat Kreations, every bear and keepsake is lovingly handmade to help preserve your most special memories. Because each piece is unique and created with care, our delivery times and processes are designed to make sure your order reaches you safely and beautifully.
Processing Times
Each KTKat Kreations item is individually made to order.
Custom orders (like memory bears and keepsakes) usually take 4–6 weeks to create once we’ve received your materials and confirmed all the details.
Ready-made items are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment has cleared.
If we ever anticipate a delay, for example, during busy periods or due to unexpected circumstances, we’ll contact you straight away to keep you updated.
Delivery Partner
We trust Royal Mail to deliver your precious parcels safely. At checkout, you can choose from the following options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually arrives within 2–3 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually arrives within 1–2 working days.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed) – available on request for an additional charge.
All parcels are carefully packaged to protect your keepsake on its journey.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are based on the size, weight, and delivery method of your parcel. You’ll always see the full delivery cost before completing your order.
Unfortunately, we only offer delivery within the UK. If you’re based elsewhere in the world and would like to order, please do get in touch. We’re always happy to explore international options where possible.
Tracking and Notifications
As soon as your order has been sent, we’ll email you your Royal Mail tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to things beyond our control (such as postal delays, weather, or strike action). Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, it’s in safe hands, but please allow a little extra time during busy seasons.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll contact Royal Mail to help track it down or resolve the issue.
For damaged items, please include clear photos of both the packaging and the item itself — this helps us process things quickly and fairly.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each KTKat Kreations item is handmade and personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. We always want you to feel happy and cared for.
